The COOTS letter head you see below is an effort to give some notice to the name COOTS.
It can easily have the pics contained in it changed to provide notice of what is to follow.
If it is a notice regarding a field day, or seed sowing, or a day at the Club Rooms,( which I think Jeff hopes to hold this year ) the pics can be changed to mirror the activity.
